akls1 Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights

1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to akls1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and akls1 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on the akls1 platform at akls1.pro, you are confirming that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. akls1 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use akls1, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. akls1 is strictly an adult platform and does not permit use by anyone under the age of 18.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of a business, organisation, or another person.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. This includes your real name, date of birth, and contact details.
• You must not already hold an active account on the platform. Only one account per individual is permitted.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order that you have previously applied on your akls1 account.

akls1 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory verification when requested may result in your account being restricted or closed, and any pending withdrawals being held until verification is complete.

3. Account Responsibilities

Once your account is registered, you are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under it. This includes every bet placed, every deposit made, and every withdrawal requested. You must keep your login credentials — your username and password — confidential and must not share them with anyone, including family members.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact akls1 support immediately. We cannot be held responsible for losses that occur as a result of unauthorised access where the cause was your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Each user is permitted to hold only one account. If we detect that you are operating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, or phone numbers — all accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited. This policy exists to protect the fairness of the platform for all users.

4. Deposits and Payments

All financial transactions on akls1 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, Visa/Mastercard, and compatible mobile wallets. The availability of specific methods may change from time to time, and the current options are always shown at the point of deposit.

Deposits are credited to your account balance once the payment has been confirmed through the relevant payment provider. Typical crediting times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers are usually reflected quickly, while bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• akls1 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or cards that belong to you. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits made in error or due to technical issues should be reported to support immediately for investigation.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals can be requested to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the limits and conditions applicable to that method. Before a withdrawal is approved, akls1 may require identity verification if it has not already been completed on your account. This is a standard procedure applied across all accounts and is not an indication of any problem with your account specifically. You should ensure your verification documents are ready so that this does not cause unnecessary delays.

Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in the Bonuses section below. Withdrawals of deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to a review. akls1 reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request if there is evidence of abuse, fraudulent activity, or a breach of these Terms.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

akls1 offers bonuses and promotions to registered users from time to time. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bets), and expiry periods — which are communicated alongside the bonus offer itself. The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless a specific bonus's terms state otherwise.

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier will be stated in the bonus offer details.
• Bonuses are awarded to one account per person, per household address, and per device. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times will result in the bonus being voided.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are kept separate in your balance. Real money is used first; bonus money is used once real balance reaches zero during eligible play.
• akls1 reserves the right to modify or withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed. Once claimed, the terms that were active at the time of claiming will apply.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and carry no cash value until wagering conditions are fully satisfied.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and game outcomes on akls1 are final once confirmed. Sports bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant match or event as determined by the governing body. In the case of disputed results, akls1 will use the official source for the sport in question to determine the settlement outcome.

For live casino games, the outcome determined by the live dealer studio at the time of play is final. For RNG (Random Number Generator) slots and table games, the result generated by the certified RNG at the time of the game round is final. akls1 does not manipulate game outcomes. All RNG games on the platform use independently audited and certified software.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and market. These are displayed within the game interface or the relevant betting market. akls1 reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds caused by a technical error or obvious pricing mistake. In such cases, affected users will be notified and their stake returned.

Cricket betting on the platform covers Pakistan Super League matches, international T20 fixtures, ODI series, and Test matches. Football, esports, and other sporting categories are also available as described in the betting section. akls1 does not guarantee the availability of any specific market at any specific time, as markets are subject to the scheduling and status of real-world events.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the akls1 platform. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using software, scripts, bots, or any automated tools to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or any form of coordinated play designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome by exploiting bonus conditions.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or akls1 support staff.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, using VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic restrictions.

9. Responsible Gaming

akls1 takes responsible gaming seriously as part of how the platform operates, not as an afterthought. The platform provides several tools that registered users can access directly from their account settings to manage their gaming activity.

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum amount you can deposit over a daily, weekly, or monthly period. Once set, a limit can only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders that alert you after a certain amount of continuous play time so you can take a break.
• Temporary Break: Pause your account for a set period — from 24 hours up to several weeks — during which you cannot log in or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Apply a longer-term exclusion from the platform if you feel you need a more serious break from gaming activity.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written permission from akls1. Scraping the platform, extracting odds data programmatically, or reproducing game content in any form without authorisation is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

akls1 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, akls1 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the platform.
• Technical errors, server downtime, or communication failures beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from bets or games played on the platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Errors in odds or game results that have been corrected and voided in accordance with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms
